If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may send your purchase back for a refund or a different ring size within 14 days of delivery date as long as it is in original brand new condition (not damaged or abused) for a full refund, excluding shipping, insurance fee and %15 restocking fee.

If you need to return/exchange an item
1. Please package the jewelry securely.
2. The jewelry must be in it's original jewelry box.
3. You must print and include a copy of your invoice.
4. For exchange please write what new size you need to exchange for.
5. Do NOT send the jewelry back in an envelope. The jewelry will probably not arrive to us if you do this.
6. Items that have been worn, sized, engraved, altered in any way or damaged will NOT be accepted for refund or exchange.
The safest method of shipping is to use Registered Mail REQUEST A TRUCKING #
Fully insure the package for full value and request a return receipt.
The exchange charge is $5.95 USA and $12.95 international to cover shipping and handling.
All payments are due at the time of exchange.
